LineStar® Weekly Pylon - Week 15 Chalk Report

NFL DFS Chalk Report Written By: LineStar Tyler

WHY THIS MATTERS 👇

What a crazy week in sports! Our Week 15 main slate is down to 9 games with the postponement of SEA@LAR and WAS@PHI. The downside is we have a smaller slate, the upside is we now have Tuesday night football.

With the smaller slate make sure you try and get different in a couple of spots. Don't fade all the chalk, but also do not play all the chalk. Pick your spots, and play the guys you want to play.

Let's have some fun!

Chalk QB 🤦🏻

The 3 highest owned QBs currently:

  1. Dak Prescott 19%

  2. Kyler Murray 13%

  3. Tua Tagovailoa 13%

Note: On Fanduel Josh Allen is the 3rd highest owned QB at 13%, and Tua is at 11%.

Dak Prescott, DAL | DK: $6.5k, FD: $7.5k | vs. NYG

· Likely around 19% owned on both sites

· 25.05 FPPG in 4 Big Favorite games, 20.82 over 12 games.

· NYG ranked 27th allowing 1.8 Pass TDs (Last 9)

· Tyron Smith the starting Left Tackle will be out.

Pivot QB

Aaron Rodgers, GB | DK: $7.5k, FD: $7.6k | vs. BAL

· 5% owned on both sites

· "Rodgers has been on absolute fire across the last three games where he has passed for 1,033 yards (344.3 YPG), 9.0 YPA, 69.6% comp%, and a 10:0 TD: INT ratio"-Ryan Humphries

· BAL ranked 23rd allowing 1.7 Pass TDs (Last 9)

· The two worst teams in the league at defending the deep ball are GB and BAL. If there are a couple of big plays this game could end up being a shoot-out.

· Huntley is a serviceable QB and he can keep BAL in games (Note: I would write Huntley as a Pivot QB if I knew he was starting.).

Ben Roethlisberger, PIT | DK: $5.6k, FD: $6.6k | vs. TEN

· Around 3% owned on both sites

· TEN ranked 26th allowing 265.1 Pass Yards (Last 9)

· TEN ranked 31st allowing 40.2 Pass Attempts (Last 9)

· PIT passes 25% more when Favored (Last 9)

· Ben is better at home and he faces a bad TEN passing D

RB Chalk

Ezekiel Elliot, DAL | DK: $7.3k, FD: $6.7k | vs. NYG

· 19% on DK and 26% on FD

· Zeke started the season on fire, but then suffered a knee injury and has been playing through it since.

· Averages 22.27 FPPG vs NYG

· NYG ranked 25th allowing 106.2 Rush Yards (Last 9)

· Tony Pollard is questionable, if he is out Elliot may get extra touches.

James Robinson, JAC | DK: $5.4k, FD: $6.3k | vs. HOU

· Around 19% on both sites

· Urban Meyer was fired this week and the interim coach has said Robinson will be treated as an RB1. Carlos Hyde is also Out this week.

· HOU ranked 32nd allowing 135.6 Rush Yards (Last 9)

Najee Harris, PIT | DK: $7.8k, FD: $8.8k | vs. TEN

· Around 18% on both sites

· TEN ranked 8th allowing 0.4 Rush TDs (Last 9), TEN ranked 2nd allowing 64.7 Rush Yards (Last 9)

Pivot RB

Joe Mixon CIN | DK: $7.2k, FD: $8.3k | vs. DEN

· Around 6-7% owned on both sites

· DEN ranked 24th allowing 105.3 Rush Yards (Last 9)

· DEN D is solid, but they will be missing multiple linebackers and defensive linemen.

Cordarrelle Patterson, ATL | DK: $6.9k, FD: $7k | vs. SF

· 6% on both sites

· Patterson is being disrespected every week. He has 10 total touchdowns on the year, which is better than every other RB not named Taylor, Ekeler, Conner, or Mixon.

· SF ranked 27th allowing 1.0 Rush TDs (Last 9)

Devonta Freeman, BAL | DK: $5.5k, FD: $5.9 | vs. GB

· Around 5-6% owned on both sites.

· Devonta has quietly been having a nice back half of the season, averaging 15 fantasy points per game over the last 4 games.

· Has averaged 5 targets per game over the last 4 weeks.

WR Chalk

DeVante Parker, MIA | DK: $4.3k, FD: $5.8k | vs. NYJ

· Around 30% on DK and 25% on FD

· With Waddle out, Parker is the #1 WR on MIA.

· Parker is obviously priced too cheap, although, NYJ is actually tough against the WR ranking 7th.

Davante Adams, GB | DK: $8.9k, FD: $8.5k | vs. BAL

· Likely around 22% on Draftkings and 24% on Fanduel

· BAL secondary is beaten up, and Adams is one of the best WRs in the league.

· BAL ranked 29th allowing 178.1 Rec Yards to WR (Last 9)

Deebo Samuel, SF | DK: $8.2k, FD: $8.2k | vs. ATL

· Around 19% on DK and 22% on FD

· Deebo's last 4 games target counts 5, 2, 4, 1. With his rushing, he has lost some of his targets.

. Without catching passes I worry his upside is limited, and his price is high.

. ATL ranked 25th allowing 1.0 Rec TDs to WR (Last 9)

Diontae Johnson, PIT | DK: $7.5k, FD: $7.2k | vs. TEN

· Around 19% on DK and 21% on FD

· TEN ranked 30th allowing 180.6 Rec Yards to WR (Last 9)

· PIT passes 25% more when Favored (Last 9)

Pivot WR’s

Chase Claypool, PIT | DK: $5.9k, FD: $6.4k | vs. TEN

· Around 5% on both sites

· 8+ targets in 3 of the last 4 weeks, in the week he didn't get targeted as much he left early due to injury.

· TEN ranked 30th allowing 180.6 Rec Yards to WR (Last 9)

· TEN can be beaten deep, they rank 22nd vs 20+ yard receptions. This is where Claypool is the biggest threat.

Marvin Jones, JAC | DK: $4.6k, FD: $5.7k | vs. HOU

· Around 5% on both sites.

· HOU ranked 27th allowing 171.1 Rec Yards to WR (Last 9)

· Leverage on Robinson lineups

· Team quit on Urban Meyer and could be ready to play again.

Rashod Bateman, BAL | DK: $5k, FD: $5.8 | vs. GB

· 2-4% owned

· Sammie Watkins is out, If Lamar plays he will have to pass more than normal due to mobility issues. If Huntley plays he showed great chemistry with Bateman last week when they connected for 7 rec and 103 yards

· GB ranked 27th allowing 1.1 Rec TDs to WR (Last 9), GB ranked 24th allowing 166.9 Rec Yards to WR (Last 9)

TE Chalk

George Kittle, SF | DK: $7.5k, FD: $7.8k | vs. ATL

· 17% on both sites

· ATL ranked 23rd allowing 0.4 Rec TDs to TE (Last 9)

· 22-of-27 targets (81.5% catch%) for 332 yards and three touchdowns over the last 2 weeks

Pivot TE:

Dawson Knox, BUF | DK: $5.1k, FD: $6.5k | vs. CAR

· Around 6% owned on both sites

· BUF is without Emanuel Sanders, while Knox can't take Sanders roll it could push Davis/Beasley out of the slow and leave that for Knox who excelled there to start the year.

Zach Ertz, ARI | DK: $5.4k, FD: $5.3k | vs. DET

· Around 8% owned on both sites

· With D-Hop on IR, there are a lot of redzone targets up for grabs. My guess is Ertz will be there to soak a majority of them up.

· Over the last 4 games DET is giving up 8 receptions and 80 yards to the TE on average.
