Welcome, LineStar family I hope last week's article helped you a little! We nailed the WR pivots with Cooks and Thielen but fell on our faces with CEH and Mostert (I wrote him as a pivot BEFORE Sermon was announced out and made him chalk).

This week, It looks like the chalky lineup build will be a balanced build. Due to the field looking to have a balanced build I will be looking at a stud/dud typer of build to get different.

I speak about the likely chalk build because getting away from that is the easiest path to winning. If you build your lineups full of chalk you will be moving with the pack and have to be almost perfect to win. However, if you build differently than the field, and chalk fails then you need to beat a much smaller set of lineups and can be much further away from the perfect lineup and still get that takedown.

Chalk QB 🤦🏻

As of writing this article, I believe the QB ownership should be fairly spread out. With no QB too high owned to fade them purely off ownership.

The highest 3 QB's currently look like:

1. Herbert 13%

2. Allen 11%

3. Prescott 10%

Justin Herbert, LAC | DK: $6.7k, FD: $7.6k | vs. DAL

· Likely around 12-15% owned on both sites

· Highest total game on the main slate, with great stack options, and DAL has a hurt D-line. I won't try to talk anyone off him this week. Just know you will need to get different with your lineup somewhere else in your lineup.

Pivot QB

Jalen Hurts, PHI | DK: $6.5k, FD: $7.8k | vs. SF

· Hurts likely comes in around 5% owned on both sites

· Enormous upside due to his rushing

· SF's secondary just got smoked by Jared Goff

Ryan Tannehill, Ten | DK: $6.5k, FD: $7.3k | vs. Sea

· Likely around 3-5% owned

· 54 point total vs Sea, and are +6.5 Underdogs (possible positive game script for passing)

· I don't believe that TEN is as bad as they played vs AZ, Sea D line also isn't as explosive as ARI.

· This game could end up being the highest-scoring game of the week.

RB Chalk

Chris Carson, SEA | DK: $6.1k, FD: $6.77k | vs. TEN

· Around 20% owned

· Saw a big workload last week and saw almost all the touches once Penny went out of the game due to injury

· The Field seems to think he will have 75% of the workload, but Sea has always used a little bit of a committee. Collins could be worked in with the week of practice.

Najee Harris, PIT | DK: $6.3k, FD: $6.1k | vs. MIA

· Around 25% owned

· Everyone that listens to any fantasy football content has heard over and over again that he played 100% of the snaps

· However, he only received 17 touched from all those snaps, no RB in the league plays all the snaps. Can we really count on that week in and week out? Probably not.

Pivot RB

Ezekiel Elliot , DAL | DK: $6.2k, FD: $7.5k | @ LAC

· Similar price as Najee, but we know Zeke can do it, he is also nice leverage since the DAL passing game will be popular. Only 1 person gets fantasy points with a rushing TD.

· Elliot faced a tough TB rush D last week. This week the Chargers strength is their secondary. This could make DAL stick to the run a little more, and in a high-scoring game, there's a chance for multiple touchdowns.

· Around 8% owned

Derrick Henry TEN | DK: $8.3k, FD: $8k | @ SEA

· Around 5% owned

· 2nd Highest totaled game of the week

· Due to Henry's TD dependants I like playing him when he is low owned.

· He can win you a week, 200 yards and 2 TD's is possible with him any week.

WR Chalk

Cooper Kupp, LAR | DK: $6k, FD: $6.2k | vs. IND

· Likely to be around 20% owned on both sites

· Was used as the WR1

· Robert Woods is still there, and any week could get more looks and act as the WR1

Keenan Allen, LAC | DK: $7k, FD: $7.4k | vs. DAL

· Will probably end up being around 20% owned

· Dal secondary is awful, Chris Godwin just lit them up. He is a similar type of WR as Keenan, but Keenan is the #1 target as where Godwin has multiple other options to take targets away.

Amari Cooper, DAL | DK: $6.8k, FD: $7.8k | vs. LAC

· Around 15% owned on DK, and FD it looks like Lamb will be the higher owned DAL WR

· Dal faces a different scenario this week. The Chargers have a good secondary, and a questionable run D. TB has a good run D and a questionable secondary.

Pivot WR’s

Chase Claypool, Pit | DK: $5.6k, FD: $5.9k | vs. LV

· Going against a poor LV secondary, Pit has 26.8 implied points

· With Najee being chalk, if Claypool goes off its good leverage vs the field

· Around 5% owned

Justin Jefferson, MIN | DK: $7.4k, FD: $7.3k | vs. ARI

· ARI has a poor secondary, Jefferson's athleticism should be able to exploit the holes.

· MIN has 23.8 implied points, and only 3 real TD targets in Jefferson, Cook, and Thelien

· 3% owned

Marquez Callaway, NO | DK: $4.2k, FD: $5.7k | vs. CAR

· He is the #1 on a good offense, Winston showed us he can produce, and Callaway played 84% of the snaps last week.

· He had a matchup vs one of the best shutdown corners in the league last week. I wouldn't hold that game against him.

· CAR ranked 26th allowing 1.6 Rec TDs to WR (Last 9), it's a new year but I don't think they are that much different than last year.

Cedric Wilson, DAL | DK: $3.1k, FD: $4.9k | vs. LAC

· With Gallup out, Wilson should step in as the 3rd WR.

· In a great matchup, he is getting overlooked because everyone is building more balanced lineups.

· Highest game total, and could be the way to get different in Dak Prescott stacks.

· Looking like he is going way under-owned at around 1-3% owned

TE Chalk

Darren Waller, LV | DK: $7.6k, FD: $7k | vs. PIT

· Likely around 15-20% owned

· He saw a crazy 19 targets last week and has been targeted a ton since the middle of last season.

. Pit D is extremely good and will be looking to take Waller out of the game.

Pivot TE:

Rob Gronkowski, TB | DK: $4.7k, FD: $5.8k | vs. ATL

· Gronk looked like the Gronk of old last week. While I don't think he goes for 2td's, he is still likely priced a little low and getting very little ownership in a good matchup

· 3-4% Owned on both sites

· ATL was the 3rd worst defensive vs TE last year
